Cordy Announces Executive Changes

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - May 1, 2007) - Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. (the Corporation) (TSX VENTURE:CKK) announces that Robert Gillies has been appointed as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing the outgoing CFO, Robert Ashauer, subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Gillies, a chartered accountant, has provided accounting and financial advisory services to the Corporation since August, 2006. Mr. Gillies has thirty years experience in public practice and as CFO of two TSX Venture Exchange companies and one TSX listed company.

The Corporation further announces that Sid Dutchak, QC has resigned as the Corporation's President. Mr. Dutchak will provide certain consulting services to the Corporation in relation to the Corporation's expansion and acquisition stategy.

David Mullen, the Chairman and CEO of the Corporation comments, "We thank Mr. Ashauer for his substantial efforts through the initial growth period of Cordy and wish him the very best in his future endeavours. We anticipate the addition of other senior executives, which will be announced in due course."

Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. owns 10 companies in the oil and gas services and construction/infrastucture build-out industries and is in the due diligance process on their elevanth subsidiary, Bry-don Contracting Ltd.(announced on April 19,2007). Cordy, through its subsidiaries in Alberta and British Columbia, has over 700 employees and a fleet of over 400 units of heavy equipment.
