Cordy Sells Manufacturing and Supply Business

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 10, 2015) - Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. ("Cordy") (TSX VENTURE:CKK) announces that it has completed the sale of all of the shares of its wholly owned subsidiary Cordy Manufacturing Inc. to an arm's length purchaser. As a result, Cordy has exited the manufacturing and supply business and now carries on business in two segments, environmental services and heavy construction.
