Core-Mark Announces New Three Year Distribution Agreement With Turkey Hill

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 7, 2013) - Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced the signing of a three year distribution agreement with Turkey Hill, a subsidiary of The Kroger Co. Turkey Hill, the largest of the Kroger's convenience divisions, operates 268 convenience stores across Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana including the new flagship store in Marysville, Ohio recently featured as the "Store of The Month" in Convenience Store News.

Turkey Hill

Turkey Hill is a subsidiary of The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR), operating over 271conveniences stores in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana under the brand name Turkey Hill Minit Markets and Turkey Hill Market. It is headquartered in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Turkey Hill Minit Markets is a sister company of Turkey Hill Dairy, a dairy processor which is a major producer of milk, ice tea and ice cream.
