Core-Mark Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend


SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 3, 2013) - Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 17, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2013.
