("Cornerstone" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:CGP)(OTCBB:CTNXF)(FRANKFURT:GWN)(BERLIN:GWN) announces that the Ecuadorean National Assembly has eliminated a 1% flat tax on the sale of shares of Ecuadorean mining and mineral exploration companies but replaced it with a capital gains tax on the profits derived from the direct or indirect sale of shares, ownership interests, other rights to capital representation, or other rights, that allow for exploration, exploitation, concession or similar activities by companies either domiciled or with permanent establishments in Ecuador.
