Cornerstone Software, Inc. Announces New Release of Its Sales Motivator Incentive Compensation Software

Expands Modeling Tools to Sales Portal Providing Sales Force Immediate Access to Earnings Potential and Greater Motivation to Close Sales in the Pipeline

NASHUA, NH--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2014) -  Cornerstone Software, Inc., a privately held software technology and consulting company, today announced a new version of its Sales Motivator incentive compensation software. Sales Motivator is a cloud-based software solution that automates the design, administration and communication of sales compensation plans that help companies grow their business. It provides robust graphical modeling tools for sales compensation planners and administrators that allow them to forecast cost and revenues in order to build confident and motivating sales commission plans. The new release expands the modeling capabilities to the Sales Portal, a web-based tool that enables sales representatives to view their commission statements and performance.

Sales representatives can also view any pending credit totals that their compensation administrator has in process. This enables sales representatives to create, compare and analyze "what-if" sales and compensation payout scenarios based on pending credits and additional projections to calculate their projected earnings and attainment quarter-to-date and year-to-date more quickly and easily than ever before. The Sales Portal can also be integrated with using a single sign-on enabling sales representatives to readily access their commission statements and performance information in the tools they use every day.
