Coronado Midstream LLC Announces Plans to Construct New Natural Gas Processing Facility in North Midland Basin

MIDLAND, TX--(Marketwired - October 02, 2014) - Coronado Midstream LLC ("Coronado") today announced it has recently entered into a contract with UOP Russell for the engineering and construction of a 200 MMcf/d cryogenic gas processing plant. The new Riptide Plant will be located in central Martin County, expanding Coronado's existing gathering and processing system serving the North Midland Basin.

Initially, Coronado plans to install the Riptide Plant with compression and treating facilities for 100 MMcf/d. As gas volume develops and the gathering system grows, additional compression and treating facilities will be added to expand Riptide to the full 200 MMcf/d. This project will bring Coronado's total processing plant capacity to 375 MMcf/d with the ability to produce about 50,000 bpd of NGL.

Coronado Midstream, established in 2008, is a gathering and processing operation developed originally as a partnership between Reliance Energy, Windsor Midstream, and Patriot Resources. Coronado Midstream is concentrated exclusively in the attractive North Midland Basin.
