CoroWare Launches Enterprise Business Solutions Group Targeting Small and Mid-Sized Companies

Enters the Customer Care Market Through Alliance With Microsoft; New Software and Service Offering Tailors Microsoft Customer Care Framework for Small and Mid-Sized Call Centers

REDMOND, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 -- CoroWare Technologies, an Innova Robotics & Automation company (OTCBB: INRA), today announced the launch of a new consulting practice, CoroWare Enterprise Business Solutions. This practice is designed to provide customers a new approach in maximizing the benefit and reducing the risk of automated business solutions.

The consulting group's first offering, CoroWare Customer Care Practice, provides customized software and implementation services for Microsoft Customer Care Framework, a software product that supports the rapid, flexible and cost-effective development and deployment of customer care solutions, including contact centers. The open solution approach in Customer Care Framework utilizes software architecture that enables an increase in contact center efficiency, improved agent productivity, operating cost reduction, and overall improvement in the quality of customer service. The consulting group intends to work with small and mid-sized customer service centers to streamline internal efficiencies and increase productivity -- ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Through the innovative and integrated use of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications and tools, CoroWare works to customize Microsoft Customer Care Framework to affordably meet a business's needs while reducing the risk of a home grown solution and mitigating the compromise of many COTS applications. CoroWare's approach is designed to deliver right-sized solutions faster and less expensively, avoid risky and expensive specialized code development, simplify re-training, and minimize costly data and process migration in an effort to increase return on investment and reduce total cost of ownership.

"As subject matter experts on Microsoft Customer Care Framework, we believe that CoroWare Enterprise Business Solutions can enhance the customer care environment with applications customized for the way individual companies do business," said Lloyd Spencer, president of CoroWare. "Our relationship with Microsoft has the potential to help drive efficiencies and progress in the field of customer service, especially with small and mid-sized customer service organizations."

Through its customized offering, CoroWare tailors software that interoperates with core customer service functions such as customer relationship management (CRM), billing, order management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other line-of-business applications. CoroWare also offers full service staff training, tool demonstration and user support through its expert team of developers, improving the implementation process and increasing employee efficiency.

Using Web services, Microsoft Customer Care Framework interfaces with a contact center's collection of business software, linking agents' desktops to existing systems such as billing, provisioning, CRM and more. Through a pre-fetching mechanism, Customer Care Framework automatically aggregates and delivers a calling customer's data to an agent's desktop, providing that agent with immediate access to the information needed to successfully and efficiently help the customer. Customer Care Framework also supports multiple communication mediums including e-mail, chat, interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distribution, customer self-service, Web portals and more, giving customers a choice in how they access support functions.

"CoroWare consultants offer a unique customer care skill set that will serve to enhance our efforts in helping smaller organizations take full advantage of contact center opportunities," said Theo Gees, senior director of the Infrastructure Solutions Group at Microsoft Corp. "CoroWare's experience with Customer Care Framework provides a strong foundation upon which its new consulting practice can help organizations improve the efficiency of their customer service operations."

"The formation of this consulting group is an effective utilization of the remarkable talent and innovation coming out of CoroWare," said Walter K. Weisel, chairman and C.E.O. of Innova Robotics & Automation. "Driving new services into the marketplaces where CoroWare enjoys unique competitive advantages is central to Innova's growth strategy. We are excited to enter into the call center market with a compelling combination of customized software and consulting support and look forward to exploring opportunities in additional industry verticals in the future."

CoroWare was acquired by Innova Robotics & Automation in May of 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary to complement Innova's lineup of robotic technology firms. Innova believes that CoroWare's technologies and capabilities and its position at the cutting edge of mobile autonomous systems, strengthens Innova's presence in the emerging service robotics and automation marketplace. The acquisition included CoroWare Test Labs, which provides impartial, objective conformance testing to ensure interoperability and communication standards compliance among intelligent, mobile service robotics applications.
