VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 24, 2012) - Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX:ZNC)(LMA:ZNC) ("Zincore" or the "Company") reports it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Vernon Arseneau, Vice President, Exploration. Mr. Arseneau has left the Company to pursue other business interests.

Zincore President and CEO, Jorge Benavides commented, "Vern made significant contributions toward advancing our project portfolio since he joined the Company in 2006 and we wish him the best of luck in his new ventures. While we search for a new candidate to lead our exploration activities, our team on the ground in Peru will continue to advance our planned work programs."
