LONGWOOD, FLORIDA--(Marketwire - Sept. 11, 2012) -

This document corrects and replaces the press release that was sent today at 9:44 am ET.

SolaWerks Inc., subsidiary of DoMark International Inc. (OTCBB:DOMK) (the "Company" or "DoMark"), has announced that it will be showcasing its revolutionary SolaPad and SolaCase solar charging covers for the Apple iPad and iPhone this September 12-13 at the 2012 Canadian Wireless Trade Show (CWTS) at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto, Canada at booth #129/131.

In its second annual event, the Canadian Wireless Trade Show transforms the Direct Energy Centre into an atmosphere of excitement and festivity as Manufacturers, Retailers, OEMs Buyers, Wholesalers, and Software Developers from around the wireless and telecommunications industry get together to participate in Seminars with Guest Speakers, Driving New Sales, Networking, and experiencing first-hand emerging and current cutting-edge technologies.

The 2012 Canadian Wireless Trade Show represents an opportunity for SolaWerks to showcase its best selling Apple accessory line up side-by-side with the leaders in wireless technology and dozens of the best mobile upstarts in the world. SolaWerks will be joined by major mobile companies, such as TELUS and Mobilicity, as well as popular mobile industry stars, such as Magic Jack, OtterBox, and Targus. The CWTS will also open potential new accessory partnerships that extend the SolaWerks line beyond its core Apple platform to other mobile platforms, such as Android, and additional device makers, such as HTC, Motorola, and Samsung Electronics.

SolaWerks has been busily preparing for the most anticipated mobile technology event of 2012 - the launch of the Apple iPhone 5 on September 12. SolaWerks products were well received at several retail trade shows, including the Toronto CGTA Gift Show, Alberta Gift Show, and the Montreal Gift Show, and has been featured on Toronto Breakfast TV and CBC Radio Edmonton. As specifications for the iPhone become available, SolaWerks will launch reconfigured versions of its best selling SolaPad and SolaCase for the new device as with all upcoming Apple mobile devices.

Brent Strasler, DoMark President, commented: "We are extremely pleased to be participating in the second annual Canadian Wireless Trade Show, which will be underway when news of the iPhone 5 launch hits the wires. We expect a lot of excitement and a great deal of interest in our line of Apple accessories. Our intention always is to be the first to bring attentively engineered accessories for all future Apple devices that enhance the customer's Apple experience. We hope to see you at the Show!"

The SolaCase and SolaPad systems by SolaWerks cover and recharge the batteries of Apple's iPhone and iPad devices using solar power. Each SolaPad or SolaCase cover contains a large, high-efficiency solar panel on its reverse side, plus an additional internal battery to keep Apple devices charged at all times. Future versions are being engineered to incorporate new features and capabilities designed to make a customer's iPhone or iPad much more powerful and functional. According to ABI Research, the Apple accessory market, dubbed the "Apple Economy," accounted for $5 to $6 billion of the estimated $34 billion global mobile device accessory market in 2011.
