CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Westeel Announces Global Alliance With Buhler Industries

Grain Handling Equipment Added to Company's Offering

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Oct. 5, 2010) - A correction from source is being issued with respect to the release sent out October 4, 2010 at 17:24 ET. The number of production facilities stated in the second last paragraph has been changed to five from four. The complete and corrected version follows.

Westeel, one of Canada's foremost manufacturers of steel storage products, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a global strategic alliance with Buhler Industries Inc., manufacturer of the Versatile® and Farm King brands of agricultural equipment. Both companies are headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Under the first phase of the alliance, Westeel will market, under the Westeel brand, Buhler manufactured grain handling equipment through its Canadian distribution chain. The products will include portable grain augers, grain cleaners and grain vacs, all manufactured to the exacting standards and quality associated with the Westeel brand.
