Corrigo Acquires Aligo

Timecard, Tracking Offering Completes Corrigo Service Management Portfolio

WILSONVILLE, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 9, 2007 -- Corrigo, Inc.®, the leading provider of on-demand service management solutions, announced the acquisition of Aligo, a complementary provider of mobile field service and service management solutions. The combined company will offer the most comprehensive suite of on-demand applications for field service management available through wireless carriers. Corrigo will serve over 1500 customers in 65,000 locations in managing over ten million service transactions a year.

Virtually all service operations need to track labor hours for payroll or job costing. Many need location-based services to track and optimize field service delivery productivity. Most need to dispatch and manage work orders. All would like their service management software to eliminate inefficient paperwork without requiring expensive installation of software or hardware. Corrigo's acquisition of Aligo enables all of these needs to be met for the first time from a single vendor through major wireless carriers. Whether a service organization is simply looking to automate hourly payroll entry or is seeking to improve service margins and drive revenue growth with advanced service management, Corrigo offers a low-cost, on-demand service to fit their requirements.

Aligo brings two successful product lines to Corrigo -- WorkTrack time collection and location tracking and Servicom total service management solutions for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and related contract service organizations. These offerings will continue to be supported and enhanced as part of an integrated Corrigo service management product suite.

"The combination of Corrigo's work order management and Aligo's timecard functionality could enable us to eliminate all field paperwork and reduce the administrative costs of reconciling service billing and payroll processes," said Paul Carraccio, operations manager of TPW Management. "We have been seeking this functionality to help us complete the transition to a paperless service operation and are glad to see Corrigo satisfy this need with such a robust offering."

"Service companies are seeking to exploit advances in wireless technology to improve control over their field service operations," said Rick Michaux, President of Corrigo. "Now, for the first time, whatever their needs, they have a partner who offers a level of automation appropriate to where they are -- even if that is basic labor tracking -- with the security of knowing that as they develop they can grow into a more comprehensive service management solution at any time."

"Corrigo was the right partner for Aligo," said David Crowder, Aligo board member for Thomas Weisel Venture Partners. "The combined entity is the only player to offer the full stack of operations tools service companies need in a compelling software-as-a-service model. Corrigo enters 2007 as the clear leader in on-demand field service management."

The acquisition is complete, and the operations are currently being integrated. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company will remain headquartered in Wilsonville, OR with an expanded presence in San Mateo, CA.
