Cortex Announces New VP of Finance & Corporate Planning

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 10, 2011) - Cortex Business Solutions Inc. Hendrik has over 20 years of financial management experience and, previously, was CFO at Direct Cash Payments Inc. (Direct Cash Income Trust) and Genoil Inc. He brings years of experience with startup and technology based companies and will be a valuable addition to the Cortex team.
