Cotap Announces Premium File Integrations

Integrations With Citrix ShareFile, Egnyte, Microsoft OneDrive for Business and Microsoft SharePoint Offer Fast and Easy Mobile File Sharing

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - February 03, 2015) - Cotap, an enterprise mobile messaging service, today announced premium integrations with four file-sharing and content collaboration services: Citrix ShareFile®, Egnyte, Microsoft OneDrive for Business and Microsoft SharePoint. These new integrations allow users to connect one or more document storage services to a Cotap account and instantly start sharing files with colleagues and business contacts.

Key features of the integrations include:

  • Quickly send a file to one or many people with just a few taps, similar to sharing a photo in most messaging apps
  • High-fidelity file preview allows users to view content without needing to download the entire file
  • Recently modified files will show up first, so relevant documents are always the most accessible

"We believe that texting a file to your colleagues should be as easy as texting a photo to your friends, which is why we've partnered with the top file-sharing services to allow our customers and users to access all of their business content from Cotap," said Jim Patterson, CEO and co-founder, Cotap. "Sharing a document in the context of a conversation makes it simple to instantly and securely conduct business from anywhere."

Cotap already integrates with other file-sharing services such as Box, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Integrations with Citrix ShareFile, Egnyte, Microsoft OneDrive for Business and Microsoft SharePoint are part of Cotap's premium services. Anyone interested in connecting these file-sharing services should contact Sales for more information.

All integrations will be available by March 1, 2015.
