Web & Desktop Apps
With the introduction of both web and desktop apps, Cotap delivers a continuous experience across all devices and provides users who work primarily at a desk a way to easily participate in Cotap conversations. Employees can now start a project from the mobile app and then pick up that project again later from their laptop or tablet without missing a beat.
- Synced notifications mean that reading a message on the Desktop app will also mark it as read on the mobile app, completely eliminating duplicate notifications
- Drag and drop functionality allows users to quickly share photos

Cotap now integrates with the four major cloud storage services: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. The integrations enable users to share and view relevant files no matter which service they use, all within Cotap.
- Connect one or more document storage services to a Cotap account at the same time, setup takes just minutes
- Quickly send a file to one or many people with just a few taps, similar to sharing a photo in most messaging apps
- Recently modified files will show up first, so relevant documents are always the most accessible
People & Group Directories
Fast access to the right people within a company is fundamental to reaping the benefits of Cotap. The new People and Group Directories are now accessible from the main navigation in the mobile app, so finding and messaging people and teams can be done in seconds with just a few taps.
- The People Directory autopopulates with contacts who share the same corporate email domain, so there is no need to add anyone manually
- Pin favorite contacts and groups to the top of the list for fast access and rearrange favorites by dragging and dropping
- Easily create new groups, add new members, rename or leave a group at any time
- Create a group message based on meeting participants in the Calendar
