Cotendo Responds to Akamai's Patent Infringement Complaint

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - November 11, 2010) - Cotendo Inc. has received a complaint for alleged patent infringement filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on November 9, 2010, by Akamai Technologies Inc. and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Cotendo believes there is no merit to the claims made by Akamai Technologies and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and will defend the suit vigorously.

Cotendo does not expect this lawsuit to have any impact on its service offerings and will continue to meet the needs of its customers and partners.
