Cott Corporation Announces CFO Departure

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 28, 2006) –

Cott Corporation (TSX:BCB)(NYSE:COT) announced today that Clyde Preslar, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests, effective December 1, 2006.

Tina Dell'Aquila, Vice President and Controller, will assume the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer until the appointment of a new CFO. Dell'Aquila has been with Cott since 1998 and held the role of Interim CFO in 2005. She is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

"We are on track with our plans to reignite top line growth and aggressively reduce costs in 2007," said CEO Brent Willis. "Our perspective for the fourth quarter and full year remains unchanged and I know that Tina's interim leadership will provide continuity for the organization as we begin to implement the 2007 Operating Plan that our Board of Directors approved today.
