Cotton Creek Capital Announces a New Addition to the Investment Team

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - April 14, 2016) - Cotton Creek Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Gault to the firm. Based in Austin, Mr. Gault will serve as Director of Operations at Cotton Creek's portfolio company, Sterling Foods. In this capacity, Mr. Gault will be responsible for the operational performance at Sterling's facilities in San Antonio, Texas, Union City, California, and Azusa, California. Upon completion of his role at Sterling, Mr. Gault will rejoin the investment team at Cotton Creek. "Josh is a tremendous asset for Cotton Creek and Sterling," stated Managing Director, Antonio J. DiGesualdo. "His active involvement with Sterling will be integral in the successful execution of our operational initiatives at the Company and performance of the investment."

Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Mr. Gault was a Principal with a middle market private equity firm where he helped close a wide variety of platform and add-on acquisitions and served on the board of several portfolio companies. Previously, he worked in investment banking with Lehman Brothers, based in New York, New York, as a member of the firm's Global Financial Sponsors Group where he worked extensively with sponsors in the consumer, retail, industrial, media and healthcare industries.

Mr. Gault graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Dartmouth College and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
