Mr. Rash joined Cotton Creek Capital in 2012 and is responsible for evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, post-closing operational initiatives, and serves on the board of several of Cotton Creek's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Cotton Creek, Mr. Rash was in the Mergers and Acquisition Advisory Group at New York-based, Blackstone, a large-cap private equity firm. Mr. Rash attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in economics and finance. Mr. Rash also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
