Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. - CWRM Eyes Philippines Copper Deposits

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) - Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CWRM) / International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IMNM) -- CWRM issues Letters of Intent to two copper mineral rights holders in the Republic of the Philippines and is hopeful that a copper mineral deposit development and mineral sharing agreement can be reached before the end of year 2007.

World Market Demand for Crude Copper Ore remains strong as indicated by recent price spikes in the spot market of 15 to 20 percent for Crude Copper Ore at 28% Cu.

In April of 2007 Quantum International of Houston, Texas signed a Joint Venture agreement with CWRM (Cotton & Quantum Mineral Ventures, Inc.) A J/V Corporation was created as per the Agreement as stated in the CWRM new release of April 13th 2007.

Mr. Al Johnson, Director of Quantum International, has informed the Management of CWRM / IMNM that project funding for both CWRM and IMNM projects has been moved into a Custodian Bank waiting to be distributed to the agreed upon and approved mineral mining projects. Management is now awaiting further instruction from Quantum International and is ready to begin predevelopment infrastructure of the mineral mining projects.
