Cougar Mountain Launches Customer Service Center

New Site to Provide Free Education in Addition to Software Updates

BOISE, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 12, 2005 -- Cougar Mountain Software launched a new subscription website last week to provide a higher level of service for customers of its accounting, fund and point of sale software products. In addition to software updates, product e-learning and a frequently-asked-questions database, the site also has a wealth of articles and links to help customers manage their business.

According to Jim Stone, Chief Operating Officer of the software publishing company, "Many of our customers have similar challenges in managing and growing their businesses. The only way Cougar Mountain can be successful is if our customers are successful, and we want to help. For example, in addition to our own product e-learning, we have links to over 50 free e-learning courses for business people. That is information that will help them be successful."

The site is available to all customers on a current software maintenance plan and includes some premium e-learning content at a modest additional cost.
