The Council on Ethical Billing Appoints Three Insurance Industry Executives to Advisory Board

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 9, 2007) - The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB) announced today the appointments of Michael Boutot, Regina Degnan and Kevin Quinley to its Advisory Board.

"With over 70 years of experience in risk and litigation management, Michael, Regina and Kevin will each bring their individual expertise to the Advisory Board," said Adam Potter, President of the Council on Ethical Billing. Michael Boutot is the Director of Business Development for Esquire Litigation Solutions. He has worked extensively in legal cost containment and litigation management and is one of the originating founders of the International Litigation Management Association.

Regina Degnan is a Senior Vice President for Aon Risk Services designing complex insurance programs for national and international accounts. Prior to joining Aon, she served as a Senior Vice President for Marsh & McLennan, specializing in due diligence analysis for buyout companies and private and public investment groups.

Kevin Quinley, CPCU is the Senior Vice President for Medmarc Insurance Group. He has a wealth of experience in claims management, litigation management and claim program design. Kevin is the author of over 500 published articles and ten books on claims, insurance and risk management topics.
