CounterPath Announces Voting Results for Election of Directors


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 1, 2013) - CounterPath Corporation (the "Company" or "CounterPath") (NASDAQ:CPAH)(TSX:CCV), a leading developer of award-winning desktop, tablet and mobile VoIP software products and solutions, announced that, at its annual and special meeting held September 25, 2013 (the "Meeting"), all of the nominees for election as directors of CounterPath referred to in its definitive proxy statement dated August 2, 2013 for the Meeting were elected.

A total of 27,859,119 common shares representing 66.42% of the outstanding common shares were present in person or by proxy at the Meeting. The result of the votes held, either in person or by proxy, were as follows:
