County Line Energy Corp. Reaches Total Depth and Runs Production Casing on the "County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1" Wellsite Near Provost, Alberta

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2007) - County Line Energy Corp. (PINK SHEETS:CYLC)(FRANKFURT:G7Q) -

Harry Bygdnes, President of County Line Energy Corp. announces that County Line Energy (Canada) Inc., a 100% owned subsidiary of the company has successfully reached total depth and has elected to run production casing on the County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1 well near Provost, Alberta.

Bygdnes reports that the company has maintained a "tight hole status" on the well since spudding and will continue to do so for a period of time while certain land acquisition and production purchase opportunities are reviewed.

The term "tight hole" refers to the company's election to keep all information from the drill site entirely confidential due to the competitive nature of the oil and gas business (i.e. no further information on the Hayter well and property will be released until the company has completed its review of the acquired data and evaluated the opportunities in the area).

The company previously selected the drilling site location based on data acquired from a 3D seismic program completed at a cost of $ 600,000. The seismic program revealed an extensive anomalous structure on the property. The County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1 well is the first well to be drilled on this anomaly.
