This new set of capabilities allows Coupa users access to files in their Box workspace directly from within Coupa's suite of applications. Coupa users that need to provide supporting documentation such as contracts, estimates, and RFPs are able to easily access and append any documents that are stored in their Box account. This integration is especially powerful for mobile users, allowing for instant access to accounts and the ability to create orders on their smartphones and tablets from Box.
Employees using Coupa Expenses also gain an advantage with the Box interoperability. Any receipts stored in a designated Box folder can be automatically synched with their Coupa Expenses account. This eliminates the need to upload receipts from a local computer or email, greatly reducing time spent creating expense reports and improving expense reporting accuracy.
Coupa also leverages the powerful collaboration features of Box. Coupa reports and analytics can be scheduled and automatically delivered to any designated Box folder or workspace, allowing entire teams to view and collaborate on Coupa's rich set of financial analytics and reporting.
