Court Dismisses Fraud Claims Against Labor SMART, Inc.


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - Labor SMART, Inc. (OTC PINK: LTNC) (the "Company"), a leader in providing on-demand blue collar staffing primarily in the southeastern United States, today announced that a frivolous claim of fraud filed on April 4, 2016, against the Company and its CEO, was dismissed by court order on May 27, 2016.

"Additionally, last week Labor SMART, Inc. filed a Motion to Dismiss the entire case, forfeiture of cash collateral posted by the plaintiffs, and requested sanctions against the plaintiffs for what we believe to be fraud on the court.
