Court Grants Revelex Preliminary Injunction Against World Travel Holdings, Inc.

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 17, 2007 -- Revelex Corporation announced today that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida has granted it a preliminary injunction against World Travel Holdings, Inc. The preliminary injunction entered against World Travel Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries and those persons acting in concert or participation, restrains World Travel Holdings, Inc. from disclosing or transmitting Revelex's confidential information to any third party or competitor, including National Leisure Group, Inc.

Revelex's counsel, Broad and Cassel Partner Daniel Newman, stated, "This ruling vindicates Revelex's claim that World Travel Holdings, Inc. had improperly disclosed Revelex's confidential information to National Leisure Group in direct violation of the License Agreement between Revelex and World Travel Holdings, Inc." Newman added that the Order "protects against the further misuse of Revelex's intellectual property." David Goodis, Revelex President and CEO said, "They signed an agreement and failed to honor it. We will continue to vehemently pursue our claim and protect our contractual rights under the agreement."
