CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2011) - Courtland Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CTD.H) (the "Corporation"), formerly Forcelogix Technologies Inc., announces that John Prinz has resigned from the Board of Directors effective September 15, 2011. The Board would like to thank Mr. Prinz for his efforts and contributions to the Corporation.

To update on the status of the filing of the Corporation's annual audited financial statements, the Corporation is still completing the accounting for the 15 month year ended March 31, 2010 which has taken longer than initially anticipated. Once the accounting is completed the Corporation will start working with its auditor to complete the annual audited financial statements. It is anticipated that the Corporation will file these financial statements and accompanying the Management Discussion and Analysis before October 31, 2011. As a result of the delay with the year end financial statements the Corporation anticipates that it will not meet the filing dated of September 28, 2011 for its interim financials statements for the 3 months ended June 30, 2011. The Corporation will file these interim statements as soon as they are available. The Corporation will to apply to the Alberta Securities Commission for the revocation of the existing cease trade order in conjunction with these filings.
