Two panels for digital advertisers gearing up for 2012 at SMX East
(Search Marketing Expo) in New York, Sept. 13, featuring search marketing authorities from Covario and other SEO experts.

"Search, Social & Mobile - Top Trends to Budget for in 2012" headlines a panel moderated by Covario's chief marketing officer with digital marketing leaders from IBM, Dell and Citibank, as well as Covario.

Now that the planning and budgeting season is in full swing for next year, marketers need to be on top of key trends in search, social and mobile advertising. Among the questions the panel will address: How much to budget in these three digital channels; Where to focus social media investments; Will social signals make links more important for SEO; Will 2012 be the year of mobile; Will local deal providers (e.g., Groupon) drive more mobile commerce; and How to plan around the potential impact of tablet computing?

will lead the panel "Search, Social & Mobile - Top Trends to Budget for in 2012." Panelists will include his Covario colleague, Denise Collins, senior SEO strategist. They will be joined by E.L. Linde, senior manager for Web marketing at IBM; Matt Smith, SEO manager of Dell; and Louis Cohen, senior vice president of search & affiliate marketing at Citibank.

Michael Martin, senior SEO strategist at Covario, will join a distinguished panel of speakers on the "Enterprise SEO" panel.
