CPI Aerostructures Announces Delay in Earnings Release and Conference Call for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015


EDGEWOOD, NY--(Marketwired - Mar 2, 2016) - CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) announced today it plans to temporarily delay its 2015 fourth quarter and fiscal year earnings release and conference call and webcast, previously scheduled for Thursday, March 3, 2016. The company needs additional time to complete the review of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2015.

The company will issue a subsequent announcement regarding the timing for the release of its 2015 financial results and corresponding conference call information.
