Crazy Horse Resources Inc. Provides Clarification of Prior Disclosure

Clarification of Prior Disclosure

As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing this news release to clarify the Company's prior disclosure as the Company has failed to file a NI 43- 101 compliant technical report for the Taysan Project.

The Company advises that disclosure in the Company's technical report dated June 12, 2012, titled "TAYSAN COPPER GOLD PROJECT" (the "Report") cannot be relied upon and a new technical report is being prepared to address this lack of compliance.

The Report incorrectly includes inferred resources in various sections of the report contrary to the restrictions under section 2.2 and 2.3 of NI 43-101 (the "Policy") and the resource estimates and mine life estimates cannot be relied upon.

In addition, the preparation of the Report does not include adequate summaries or disclaimers of various studies and documents referenced in the Report as required by the Policy.

A revised NI 43-101 compliant technical report is being prepared to supersede the Report.

Any reference to the above or similar wording in any document previously filed by the Company on SEDAR or otherwise disseminated should not be relied on due to the concerns outlined above. Changes have been made on the Company's website, corporate presentation materials and investor relations materials to address the above material disclosure issues and remove any language or disclosure which is non-compliant.
