Crestwood Midstream Partners LP Announces Increase in Quarterly Distribution, Industry Conference Participation and Schedule of First Quarter Earnings Release

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Apr 19, 2011) - Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) ("Crestwood LP") announced today that its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.44 per common unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The recently issued Class C units will not receive a cash distribution, but will instead be issued in additional Class C units pursuant to Crestwood LP's partnership agreement, as amended. This distribution will be payable on May 13, 2011, to unitholders of record on May 3, 2011. The distribution represents a 12.8 percent increase over the $0.39 per unit distribution rate paid with respect to the first quarter of 2010.

Additionally, Robert G. Phillips, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crestwood LP's general partner, will participate in a midstream industry panel discussion at Hart Energy's Developing Unconventional Gas Conference at approximately 4:10 p.m. Central Time on April 19, 2011, in Fort Worth, Texas. Crestwood LP expects to announce its financial results for the first quarter of 2011 on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, before the New York Stock Exchange opens for trading.
