Cresval Announces Notice of Civil Claim


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2013) - Cresval Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CRV) announces that it has been recently served with a Notice of Civil Claim filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia by Vancouver Island Exploration Inc. ("VIE"), a drilling contractor.

The Notice of Civil Claim alleges monies are owing to VIE in the amount of $143,913 for diamond drilling undertaken in 2011 on the Company's Bridge River copper property located in British Columbia.

The Company denies the claim, and has instructed litigation counsel to defend the Company.
