Cresval Announces Settlement of Civil Claim


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 20, 2013) - Cresval Capital Corp. ("Cresval", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CRV) announces that, further to the Company's news releases dated February 15, 2013, and April 5, 2013, in which it disclosed that it had been served with a Notice of Civil Claim (the "Claim") alleging monies were owed to Vancouver Island Exploration Inc. ("VIE"), a drilling contractor, of $143,913 for diamond drilling conducted in 2011, the Company is pleased to confirm that the parties have reached an amicable settlement.

The Company has paid the sum of $40,000 in full and final settlement of the Claim. Further, the parties have reached a settlement of all issues, including all cross claims and damages sought in connection with the Claim. The action has been dismissed and all liens discharged.
