"The CRM community is highly engaged, connected and is a source of inspiration to all of us," said Katherine Kostereva, CEO and Managing Partner at bpm'online. "It's even more tangible when we come together face-to-face. I'm sure the energy of the event will keep all of us innovating and moving forward with even bigger drive."

Katherine Kostereva kicked off CRM Day with an inspiring Keynote. During the session, Kostereva shared her vision of the latest trends in the CRM industry and how the industry is going to evolve in the nearest future. Kostereva highlighted that we are on the verge of the new era -- the era of intelligent CRM. With greater intelligence CRM software will continue evolving into the driverless mode growing the value of produced insight while generating a bigger competitive advantage for those companies utilizing them.

Following the Keynote, CRM Day attendees were enlightened by a showcase of what a new level of agility looks like with a process-driven CRM. Bpm'online SVP and General Manager, Michael Rooney, led the session and guided the audience through the benefits to having an agile CRM for marketing, sales and service.

The event moved on with a highly anticipated presentation from Paul Greenberg, the author of the best-selling 'CRM at the Speed of Light', Managing Principal of The 56 Group, LLC who inspired the crowd with his insightful speech, emphasizing the importance of delivering a truly personalized experience to customers based on their needs and preferences. The presentation sparkled a wave of questions and discussions that passed way over the time allocated for the speech.

After lunch, the event featured two parallel tracks for business and technology leaders. Barton Goldenberg, a CRM pioneer, founder and president of ISM, Inc. and author of 'The Definitive Guide to Social CRM, opened the Business Track with a workshop that offered recipes to achieve CRM success in an environment where technologies and business growth increasingly dictate rules in shaping digital strategies. The Business Track also saw sessions with multiple real world use cases providing actual implementations of the strategies and concepts outlined earlier in the day.

Meanwhile in the Technology Track, attendees were receiving a much more technical exposure to bpm'online CRM. Attendees were particularly receptive to bpm'online's process-driven platform that could be effortlessly customized without any coding experience needed as well as the system's ease of use by the end user.
