CRMuse Launched to Provide Fresh Insight on Customer Relationship Management Trends and News

New Blog to Deliver Timely CRM Analysis for Practitioners and Industry Professionals From a Trusted, Established Industry Source

MIDDLETON, WI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 7, 2005 -- CRMuse LLC today announces the launch of its flagship website, CRMuse.com, a new online portal for news and analysis of trends and events affecting customer relationship management (CRM) strategists and technologists. Veteran technology journalist Jason Compton, who has published hundreds of articles about CRM over the past six years and has been a featured presenter at the influential DCI and ICCM industry conferences, will publish original articles reflecting on the developments in the CRM industry on the new site. New articles will appear on an informal, "as-needed" basis, but new free content will be added on at least a weekly basis.

"It's clear that the reliable sources of information for companies interested in improving their sales, marketing, and service organizations are consolidating," Compton says, referring in part to recent mergers in the technology analysis space, including Forrester's purchase of Giga Group two years ago and the impending merger of Gartner and META Group. "CRMuse.com will provide a new and, I hope, unique destination for CRM industry watchers, as well as the executives on the hook to make CRM work for their organizations."

CRMuse.com and its associated online syndication (RSS) feeds will be provided free of charge to visitors.
