TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 1, 2005) - Crossfield Capital
Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CXF) (the "Corporation") announced today that Mr. Ami
Benarroch has been appointed President of the Store Fixture Division.
Mr. Benarroch brings 30 years of experience in the store fixture
industry. Commenting on the addition of this senior executive to the
Crossfield team, Bill Iannaci, CEO, stated: "We are very pleased to have
a seasoned industry veteran such as Ami join our team. Ami brings a very
successful track record for creating shareholder value over the
long-run. His experience in manufacturing, customer service and store
fixture leadership add to our already impressive team of store fixture
professionals."

The Corporation further announces that the Board of Directors of the
Corporation, in accordance with the terms of the Corporation's incentive
stock option plan, has granted an aggregate of 937,500 options to
purchase common shares to 3 directors and senior officers of the
Corporation or it's operating subsidiaries. Each option is excercisable
for a period of 5 years from the date of the grant with an exercise
price of $0.95 per share. The options are subject to vesting provisions
and all common shares issued upon exercise of the options are subject to
a four-month hold period from the date of grant of the options.

Through it's operating subsidiaries (WAM Industries Ltd. and Logan
Metals Inc.), Crossfield targets the multi-billion dollar high-end
retail in-store development industry as well as the OEM industrial
products and construction industries in Canada, the United States of
America and increasingly, various overseas markets. Crossfield employs
state-of-the-art industrial technology to fabricate custom and
standardized wood and metal products, including 5 robotic wood finishing
lines and advanced laser-based computer-integrated manufacturing
systems. In addition to contract manufacturing services, Crossfield
provides value-added engineering and design services that result in
long-term relationships with customers.
