Crosshair Announces Correction of News Release Issued on November 20, 2009

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 23, 2009) - Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. (TSX:CXX)(NYSE Amex:CXZ) ("Crosshair") wishes to announce a correction to its previous news release dated November 20th, 2009 in connection with the closing of concurrent private placements for gross proceeds of $2,275,000. The number of Agent's Warrants granted to Byron Securities Limited in connection with the Flow-Through Private Placement should have read 510,000.
