Crosswind Renewable Energy Corp. and Intermountain Wind and Solar Enter Into Sole Distributor Agreement

NAPLES, FL--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - Crosswind Renewable Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CWNR), a Clean Energy Solutions Company and Global Provider of Category Leading Renewable Energy Technologies, announced today it had entered into a multi year Sole Distributor Agreement with Intermountain Wind and Solar. This alliance provides IWS with access to Crosswind's portfolio of Clean Energy Solution Distributed Products, and enhances IWS's already established position as one of the largest integrators of solar power and wind systems throughout the Intermountain West.
