Crowflight Encounters High Grade Nickel Intersections
At Bucko Deposit, Thompson Nickel Belt

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 3, 2005) - CROWFLIGHT MINERALS
INC. (TSX VENTURE:CML) is pleased to announce that the Company has
received the first batch of assay results from 2 diamond drill holes at
the Bucko Deposit. Crowflight has an option to earn a 100% interest in
the Bucko Deposit by completing a feasibility study, arranging financing
and bringing the deposit into production. The holes were drilled as part
of the Winter 2005 work programs at the Bucko-Bowden and Thompson North
Projects (refer to the appended location map) in the Thompson Nickel
Belt ("TNB").

Drill hole BK-05-02A and wedged drill hole N-05-12A both intersected two
intervals of significant nickel mineralization:

12.2 1.84 0.11 112 389
incl. 8.4 2.69 0.17 164 568

Crowflight President and CEO, Stan Bharti commented on the drill results
stating: "We're very excited by these results as hole BK-05-02A is
derived from a 185 metre step-out from historical higher grade drilling
which illustrates the potential to expand upon previous known resources
at Bucko. Crowflight and Falconbridge are aggressively advancing the
20,000 meter diamond drill campaign on numerous targets across the TNB
on several Thompson/Birchtree-type targets. The drilling which began in
mid-January 2005, is focused on outlining new and expanding previously
defined higher-grade nickel, copper and PGE's mineralization on the TNB
projects, as well as in-fill drilling and completing metallurgical
sampling for an on-going feasibility study at the Bucko Deposit."

Crowflight's VP Exploration, Jean Lafleur, added: "These holes confirm
that the Bucko Deposit contains significant nickel values plus PGE's,
often over thick intervals. Definition drilling within the known Bucko
resource plus step-out drilling is continuing at Bucko within and
adjacent to known high-grade nickel lenses."

Bucko Deposit Assays

Diamond drill hole BK-05-02A intersected two intervals of significant
nickel mineralization (individual assays are outlined in appended Table
1):

Core
From To Length Ni Cu Pt Pd
DDH # (m) (m) (m) (%) (%) (ppb) (ppb)
----- ------ ------ ------- ----- ----- ----- -----

BK-05-02A 303.5 330.0 26.5 1.32 0.10 143 306
369.7 393.9 24.2 0.97 0.07 199 222
incl. 383.0 383.3 0.3 6.93 0.06 1.37 g/t 959

The assay intervals are located in a 154 metre core length section
containing 1 to 3% sulphides, including 20 metres of 7% to 10%
net-textured sulphides. The intersection is located along the east-west
trending northern limb of the Bucko Deposit some 85 metres east of
historical 1970's vintage Falconbridge drill holes BU-29, BU-52 and
BU-35 along east limb. The latter historical holes intersected
mineralization in the fold hinge between the north-south trending limb
and the east-west limb at a 275 metre vertical depth. BK-05-02A is
located within 20 metres of historical hole BU-23 drilled oblique to
strike along the east limb.

The historical assay composites gave:

- BU-23: 2.32% nickel over 7.32 metres
- BU-29: 1.22% nickel over 31.99 meters
- BU-35: 2.12% nickel over 45.42 meters
- BU-52: 1.64% nickel over 26.20 meters

As a follow-up to hole BK-05-02A, a series of 3 surface drill holes are
planned for the east limb between BU-35 and BK-05-02A.

Wedged diamond drill hole N05-12A intersected two intervals of
significant nickel mineralization (individual assays are outlined in
appended Table 1):

Core
From To Length Ni Cu Pt Pd
DDH # (m) (m) (m) (%) (%) (ppb) (ppb)

N-05-12A 294.6 314.9 20.3 2.23 0.26 153 310

incl. 330.0 338.4 8.4 2.69 0.17 164 568

The assay intervals are located in a sulphide-bearing zone containing
from 1% to 3% sulphides over 67.8 metre core length between 294.6 to
362.4 metres, including a 41 metre interval of 3% to 12% net-textured
sulphides between 311.4 to 352.4 metres. The original drill hole N-12
gave three separate intersections of 3.29% nickel over an 8.3 metre
interval, 2.36% nickel over a 7.3 metre interval and 2.01% nickel over a
10.6 metre interval, respectively.

Winter 2005 Diamond Drilling Program

Five diamond drills are active on the Crowflight-Falconbridge TNB
projects, where a total of 20,000 metres of drilling in approximately 35
drill holes is planned for the Winter 2005 Program:

- Four drills are deployed on the Bucko-Bowden Project as follows - one
at the Bucko Deposit where 3 additional holes are to be drilled at this
time between high grade nickel BU-35 and BK-05-02A; two at the Bowden
Deposit where 6 holes are planned and one at the Bucko South Extension
where 2 holes are planned.

- The fifth drill is on the Thompson North Project (Burntwood River
Property) where 2 additional holes are planned.

- An additional 3 drill holes are planned for the Winter 2005 Program on
the remaining properties comprising the TNB North Project. Further
drilling will be conducted in the summer months.

Qualified Person/Quality Control Procedures

This press release has been prepared and revised by Mr. Jean Lafleur, P.
Geo., Crowflight's VP Exploration, a Qualified Person under the NI
43-101 guidelines, based on data provided by Falconbridge Limited.

Drilling to date includes 17 drill holes and 8 wedged holes for a total
of 6,235 metres. NQ drill core is logged by Falconbridge geologists at
their field office in Wabowden, Manitoba; sawed in half and bagged
on-site. The samples are shipped to ALS-Chemex Laboratory, Vancouver.
Fire assays are performed for Gold, PGE's undergo an ICP-AES finish and
Sodium Peroxide Fusion. All other metals undergo an ICP-AES finish.
Standards and blanks are submitted with each sample batch.
Falconbridge's Senior Geologist Robert Banville is the project's
Qualified Person for the assay database verification and validation
(QA/QC program).
