CrownPeak Site Watch Now Available on Salesforce.com's AppExchange

Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy Site Watch Within Their Salesforce Implementations

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 9, 2006 -- salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference -- CrownPeak and salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced the availability of CrownPeak Site Watch for salesforce.com's AppExchange. CrownPeak Site Watch greatly enhances the ability for the sales and marketing organization to keep up with news from their customers, competitors, partners and industry research. CrownPeak Site Watch is immediately available for a 30-day free test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce '06, salesforce.com's User and Developer Conference.

As a new tab in Salesforce, CrownPeak Site Watch provides "competitive intelligence" to the sales and marketing team with very little effort. CrownPeak Site Watch allows customers to assemble their own collection of up to 20 Web sites, and then automatically spiders those Web sites every day. Anything new or changed on those Web sites is captured and then made available to the Site Watch user as a directory within Salesforce. Additionally, the sales and marketing team can perform custom searches against their collection of Web sites right from within the Salesforce screen -- rather than having to perform multiple searches on multiple companies within traditional Web search engines such as Google and Yahoo!

"CrownPeak is fortunate to partner with salesforce.com in making this solution available through AppExchange," said CrownPeak CEO, Jim Howard. "Our goal is to always work with committed partners willing to extend vision, creativity and innovation to help customers improve their business results."

"The flexibility of the salesforce.com AppExchange gives partners and customers a much needed platform for easy customization and integration," said Matt Holleran, vice president, AppExchange partners, salesforce.com. "The idea that on-demand continues to evolve into a fluid and easily exchanged application emboldens partners and customers to support strong initiatives like AppExchange."

CrownPeak Site Watch for AppExchange is one of more than 375 applications now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the world's first on-demand directory and sharing service, found at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange.
