CRS Electronics Announces Exercise of Warrants

WELLAND, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 4, 2010) - CRS Electronics Inc. ("CRS"), (TSX VENTURE:LED), an inventor, developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, is pleased to announce that 403,333 warrants issued as part of the September, 2009 private placement of units of the Company, have been exercised at a price of $0.50 per warrant share, for total proceeds of $201,667. The warrants expired on September 30, 2010. The funds will be used for working capital purposes.
