CRS Electronics Announces Stock Option Grant

WELLAND, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 5, 2011) - CRS Electronics Inc. ("CRS" or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:LED)(OTCQX:LEDCF), a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, announce that it has issued 905,000 options to Directors and Senior Staff of the Company pursuant to its stock option plan. The options have an exercise price of $0.58 per share exercisable on or before May 5, 2016. The stock option grant is subject to regulatory approval.

CRS Electronics Inc., a Lighting Facts partner, is a leader in the emerging, rapidly-growing market of high efficiency light-emitting-diode ("LED"), or, solid state lighting ("SSL").
