CruiseCam International Moves Forward With Corporate Merger

BIRMINGHAM, MI--(Marketwire - August 14, 2008) - CruiseCam International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCMJ) is pleased to report that the timeline for the merger remains intact. Merger negotiations have met expectations.

CruiseCam asks its shareholders to understand that this is a very busy time for CruiseCam management.
