The colleges require an emergency planning and response system that will address all imaginable scenarios for the large geographic areas they serve. "It is crucial that we have the ability to reach all of our students and employees as quickly and effectively as possible in emergency situations," said Dr. Jackie Freeze, CIO of Western Wyoming Community College. "CruiserAlert utilizes multiple communication channels, including email, text message, RSS-feed, portal-wide announcements, and system headlines -- so it will be effective in reaching folks who are commuting a distance as well as those who reside on campus."

"The safety and well-being of our entire community is our number one priority at Laramie County Community College," said Mr. Michael Walters, Vice President of Information Technology at Laramie County Community College. "So it's important to us to be able to contact everyone when severe weather conditions or crises arise. CruiserAlert complements our Emergency Communication Plan and helps us better prepare for and respond to emergencies."

"Today we are forced to prepare for situations that we never could have anticipated happening and recognize the important role that instantaneous communication plays in keeping students safe," said Mr. Aaron Bahmer, Instructional Technologist at Eastern Wyoming College. "CruiserAlert will allow us to keep students, faculty and staff informed no matter where they are."

"Using CruiserAlert, a college can set up a secure, high-speed notification system in minutes without having to purchase or install software, hardware or extra phone lines. Its flexibility and ease of use allow administrators to send messages from almost anywhere, any time and to any type of device," commented Allen Wang, Timecruiser's President and CEO. "Additionally, CruiserAlert can be used for both urgent and important message delivery to the entire campus or to selected groups, such as first responders, academic departments, and others."
