BOONTON, NJ--(Marketwire - June 15, 2009) - CrunchEnergy, an energy services company dedicated to helping businesses reduce energy costs, is hosting two half-day seminars on July 21 and 22 titled, "How to Immediately Cut Your Company's Energy Costs and Control Energy Expenses in the Future." The event is sponsored by New Jersey's Clean Energy Program and its New Jersey SmartStart Buildings program.

The July 21st event will be held in the Parsippany area, in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey at The Villa on Route 46. The July 22nd event is scheduled at the Sheraton Eatontown. The seminar will provide actionable recommendations to cut energy costs immediately, while providing the insight to prepare for upcoming regulations and impending laws, like New Jersey's Energy Master Plan. The material shared at the event will benefit New Jersey-based building owners, business owners, CFOs, energy managers and facilities managers -- anyone who makes decisions about energy for buildings of 20K square feet or more. The speakers for the event are Joseph Carlamere of New Jersey SmartStart Buildings and Vincent Mangini, Esq. of Stark & Stark. Mr. Carlamere has 16 years' experience in building commissioning and retro-commissioning, specializing in pre-design/preconstruction planning, energy audits and conservation measures. In addition, he is experienced in demand response curtailment strategies of commercial and industrial engineering.

Mr. Carlamere is involved in TRC's design and development of the sector initiative of New Jersey's Clean Energy Program. He is part of the team developing programmatic strategies that resonate to the following sectors: industrial, intuitional, multifamily, higher education, and hospitality. The proposed strategies include: benchmarking, targeting and delivering technical materials and messages, one-on-one interaction, training, and development of informational resources and tools. In addition, Mr. Carlamere provides technical review of Custom Gas and Electric program applications. This entails the review and justification of cost and savings energy analysis provided to TRC from facility managers and/or engineers.

Mr. Carlamere holds the following degrees and certifications: B.S., Mechanical Engineering Technology, CEM, RESNET Energy Star Certified Rater, RESNET Energy Star Certified Green Rater.

Vincent J. Mangini is a Shareholder at Stark & Stark and a member of its Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use group, where he concentrates his practice in the area of land use, redevelopment, green building, and commercial real estate transactions, such as office and retail leases, construction contracts and architectural services agreements. Mr. Mangini also litigates disputes over land use approvals and redevelopment area designations.

Mr. Mangini holds a BA from the Catholic University of American, a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a JD from the University of Richmond, TC Williams School of Law. Among other organizations, he is a member of the New Jersey Builders Association and the US Green Building Council - New Jersey Chapter.
