Cryopak to Delist Shares from OTC-Bulletin Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 31, 2005) - Cryopak Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CYK) ("Cryopak") announces that in its ongoing efforts to reduce its costs and regulatory burden, effective June 15, 2005 its Common Shares will no longer be listed on and traded through the OTC Bulletin Board system and will be terminating the registration of its shares under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Common Shares of Cryopak will continue to be listed on and trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CYK.V.
