CryptoLogic Announces Appointment of Nigel Simon to its Audit Committee

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 1, 2005) - CryptoLogic Inc. (TSX:CRY)(NASDAQ:CRYP)(LSE:CRP), a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming market, is pleased to announce that at today's quarterly scheduled Board of Directors' meeting, Mr. Nigel Simon was appointed to the Board's Audit Committee. Simon's appointment ensures full compliance with NASDAQ's Audit Committee Composition Rule as set out in the notice received from the exchange.
