TORONTO, ONTARIO and MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 8, 2013) - CSDC and Alphinat Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NPA) today announce they have signed mutual reseller agreement for the commercialization of CSDC's AMANDA™ and Alphinat's SmartGuide® software.
As part of this agreement CSDC will market Alphinat's enterprise version of SmartGuide to existing clients wishing to quickly deploy online services to other areas of their business not automated and managed by the AMANDA government services platform.
In a reciprocal agreement Alphinat will market the AMANDA government services platform to clients needing to automate their permitting, licensing, enforcement, courts and justice or freedom of information business processes.
