TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 6, 2017) - Pursuant to an amalgamation agreement with Red Pine Exploration Inc., the common shares of Augustine Ventures Inc. will be delisted at the market close today, February 6, 2017.

The resulting amalgamated company will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
